Chris Hance practices the "do first, then learn" philosophy. He's developed classic ASP, VB6 and .NET 3.5 WinForms applications, occasionally filling in as a DBA. His focus is currently on modernizing legacy code, both implementing design patterns in VB6 and migrating a large codebase to .NET in phases.

He holds a BS of Information Technology from USF, and is an MCDBA and MCPD.
